Dana Rahbar-Daniels
In the 70s, Dana was the National Partner of a leading global consultancy in the United States of America. He later became the Asia Pacific Practice leader of the world's largest human resource consulting firm in the early 2000s.

With his wealth of experience and a life-long passion for leadership development and coaching, he dedicated the next half of his career to building a practice that filled the gaps he saw in the leadership and adult learning space.

These have culminated into what is widely known today as the Performance Enablement Programme (PEP). Recently retired, he has entrusted the PEP exclusively to Emerge, and continues to be a trusted advisor to the team.
