BENJAMIN LU

Benjamin is one of our Directors at Emerge Consulting, where his focus areas are in leadership, coaching and HR consulting.

Holding an MBA Degree from the Fudan-US Northwest Polytechnic University, Benjamin is also certified in various executive programmes such as Hewitt’s Strategic HR Management, Effectiveness Dimension’s Team Top Gun Leadership Program, and HBDI® Managing for Impact and Whole Brain Thinking.

Some of Benjamin’s achievements include his facilitation and coaching roles in various Leadership and Management Development Programmes for clients such as Genwiz (China), Bluescope Steel (China) and Thermofisher (China).

He has successfully led the transformation of HR teams in various MNCs – enabling HR practitioners to transition from their traditional administrative roles to a strategic business-partnering role. In this process, he has equipped HR professionals with an outside-in consultative approach, a customer-centric mindset and a drive for business results and performance – so as to deliver high-impact HR solutions while leading change and building capabilities for sustainable growth.

Benjamin is a credible activist in building learning organizations, and partners top management and line managers closely in nurturing their company cultures and employee engagement.
