Stephen is a distinguished pharmaceutical executive with nearly 40 years of international leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, the United States, and Australia. A registered pharmacist, executive coach, and award-winning author, he combines deep healthcare expertise with strong commercial acumen.​

He built a remarkable career at Pfizer, culminating in his long tenure as Country Manager for Hong Kong, Macau, and Indonesia, where he held full P&L responsibility and led high-performing, cross-cultural teams. Stephen is widely recognized for driving sustainable business growth, transforming organizational culture, and developing people-centric leadership environments.​

Passionate about unlocking human potential, he has delivered over 500 hours of executive education and leadership training globally, and authored the leadership book “My Dear, Be a Happy Leader.”​
