Nico has over 12 years experience in hospitality and retail industry. Having worked with Japan Airlines and The Home Depot, Nico possesses strong knowledge of customer service/service quality and retail operations. This experience provides her with deep insights on customer physical and emotional needs and wants. ​

As a consultant of Emerge Consulting, she is involved in various projects to increase Customer Advocacy and Loyalty, including market research, competitor measurement, customer interview, experience mapping and operationalising to frontlines, and etc. Nico is equipped with abundant experience in various aspects of individual coaching, team development, and process optimisation.
