Nico is passionate about talent development, especially in times of change. Helping people see themselves and their external environment differently is meaningful to her when people "rethink" themselves and others. She is interested in cognitive psychology and coaching techniques, applying these theoretical tools to her life and work.

In her 12 years of consulting experience, Nico has primarily focused on change management and people development (empowerment), including intrinsic motivation research, employee experience design, performance management, and performance appraisal dialogue design. Nico has extensive practical experience in manager training, team mentoring, and coaching.

Prior to becoming a consultant and trainer, Nico's professional experience spanned the internet, retail, and service industries, giving her deep insights into diverse groups of people.
