EDWARD TIEN

A self-driven with strong work ethics HR leader, and personally involved in developing and implementing HR and business interventions. Over the years, he demonstrated a strong agility in acquiring new capabilities and adapting to new situations. At the workplace, he is a coach to the business leaders and HR team. He initiated and successfully implemented HR programs such as assessment and development centers, employee engagement program, performance management system, succession planning, and learning and development interventions to support business growth. Having live and work in China (Beijing and Shanghai) in the recent 13 years, he acquires a keen cultural awareness and adaptability, and proficient in English and Mandarin.​

Specific to job design, sizing and competency modelling, Edward has just completed a project for Bentley dealerships key positions - sales manager, aftersales manager, sales consultant, aftersales consultant, marketing manager and sales administration.  This includes the competency model, job descriptions and eventually the assessment center and learning journey.​
