JACK CHONG

Jack Chong is a seasoned HR and management consulting leader with over 25 years of experience across Asia Pacific, including extensive work in Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He has worked across both consulting and in-house HR leadership roles, partnering with senior leaders, business heads and HR teams to design and implement practical people, organisation and change solutions that strengthen execution, accountability and long-term organisational capability.​

Jack brings strong experience in helping organisations translate strategy into practical day-to-day behaviours, structures and management practices. Over the course of his career, he has supported clients in areas such as organisation development, leadership and capability building, competency frameworks, talent systems, performance management, and change enablement. His work is especially relevant in situations where organisations need employees and leaders to align behind a clearer way of working, adopt new expectations, and embed behavioural change beyond initial communication.​

In addition to his consulting background, Jack is an experienced facilitator and coach who has worked with leaders, managers and teams across a wide range of contexts. He has designed and facilitated leadership development sessions, strategic alignment workshops, organisation development discussions, and capability-building interventions that require both content design and strong facilitation. ​
