JULIA QIN

Julia is an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach, with over 500 coaching hours. She is passionate in helping others grow, and her strengths are in executive coaching, young talents (high potential) coaching, leadership assessment. She specializes in leadership development, career transition and performance coaching. ​

Julia has both commercial and HR experience. She has more than 10 years with Sheraton Hotel as Sales & Marketing and Operation Director. Over her 20 years with Schneider Electric, she has held various HR leadership roles in Talent, HR Business Partnering, including 12 years as Asia Pacific HR Vice President. She had helmed HR leadership roles supporting commercial, R&D and Supply Chain domains. She has been based in Singapore since 2013. During this time, her primary focus as HR Vice President for Global Supply Chain was on talent development, succession planning, leadership assessments, 360-degree feedback and internal coaching to managers, Directors and VPs. Julia has successfully driven 6 months Schneider talent management projects with engaging 30 leaders from Asia Pacific on leadership assessments and 1:1 executive coaching. ​
