• Manage & present at client all types of UX deliverables ranging from user flow, task flow, customer journey, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, experience mapping, persona, storyboards​

• Lead in-depth user research using qualitative research methods : card sorting, questionnaire, field surveys, and guerrilla (unmoderated) studies.
