SHARON TSENG

Sharon Tseng is a Senior Consultant and full-time Coach at Emerge Consulting, with over 22 years of hands-on management experience in multinational enterprises and more than a decade of coaching practice. She has held key leadership roles including General Manager of Compliance Management & Business Control, General Manager of Human Resources, and Executive Assistant to the President at a leading multinational automotive company.​

Under her leadership as the Chief Compliance Officer, she ensures and established a robust framework that ensured regulatory stability while fostering a culture of integrity across the organization. ​

In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, she has provided the company with a number of transformation initiatives, such as human resources infrastructure optimization, employee working model including administrative transformation.
