Weifeng (WF) has over 20 years of manufacturing and consulting experience, and is currently one of our Directors at Emerge Consulting.

Amongst his professional qualifications, WF is a graduate of Team Business Coaching, a Certified TalentQ Assessment Trainer, and an Erickson International Coach.

Over the years, WF has positioned himself as an expert of talent assessment and development, leadership/team capability building, operations management and a culture expert. He has led corporates in designing and implementing intervention-based leadership development workshops for intact teams and work groups, as well as engaged clients through 1:1 coaching and team coaching services.

WF is best known for delivering high-impact and high-energy programmes for senior management, up to the C-suite level. He is able to engage his audience strategically on long-term visioning, success outcomes alignment, team and workplace culture issues.
