LEK SIOK KING

King is a veteran HR leader and professional who is currently based in Singapore. Over the years, she has built her HR career in the Asia Pacific region, including Greater China and Japan.

King built her career in HR more than 24 years ago, where she started in a statutory board and local retail company in Singapore. She subsequently joined GE Medical Systems (now GE Healthcare) ASEAN and graduated from the GE HR Leadership Program (HRLP) after job rotations in Beijing, Hong Kong, as well as a cross-functional role in internal audit with GE Corporate Audit Staff in the United States and India.

In her career, King has undertaken multiple senior HR appointments - including Regional HR Leader (GE Corporate) and Regional HR Director (AXA Asia). She has led the HR Business Partnering function for both Life and General Insurance businesses in AXA during her time with the company.

King is well-versed in HR strategy, executive recruitment, talent management, employee relations, strategic manpower planning, and the coaching of senior leaders including CEOs and high-potential talents.
